Ordering and payment
Prices are in Bahraini dinars. When you place an order we hold your bags for the time shown at checkout. You pay by BenefitPay transfer to the IBAN shown, with your order code in the transfer note. Your order is confirmed once we see the payment arrive. If it doesn’t arrive in time, the order cancels automatically and the bags go back on sale.
Delivery
We deliver across Bahrain. The delivery fee is shown in your bag and at checkout, and delivery is free above the amount shown there. Orders placed before 3 PM are delivered the same day; orders after 3 PM are delivered the next day. Once your payment is confirmed (usually within minutes), we contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Returns and refunds
If your coffee arrives damaged, isn’t what you ordered, or has a defect, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you. Coffee is a food product, so we can’t take back opened bags because you changed your mind. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we refund the full amount by BenefitPay.
Your personal data
We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, optional email, and what you ordered. We use them to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We only send you news and offers if you ticked the box for that at checkout, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Your details are stored with the service providers that run this site: Supabase (database), Netlify (website hosting) and Resend (order emails). Some of them may store data outside Bahrain. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else, except a delivery service where needed to deliver your order.
We keep order records for [NEEDS INPUT]. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details by emailing us, in line with Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your bag and language choice in your own browser so they’re there when you come back.
